OSCE will conduct monitoring on March 10 in the area
"Killing of 9 year old Fariz Badalov by Armenian sniper caused anger and
serious anxiety of the public. The Armenians killed 9 year old child
opening fire from the direction of occupied Shikhlar village of Agdam
region. This is a menace for international community and organizations
working for peaceful solution of the conflict”-said Akif Nagi, chairman
